Technical business analyst Support

Responsibilities

1. Ticket系统处理与操作,维护

 Ticket management and operational task to coordinate incoming requests from Clients.

 2. 解答来自澳洲的客户提出的问题

 Solving some problems from clients

 3. 处理澳洲客户的邮件,与客户进行良好的沟通,维护好客户关系

 Sending and replying some emails to clients and keep the good relationship with clients

 4. 使用ETL和数据质量工具 对已有的项目进行管理

Managing project by ETL and Data tools

 5.建立和使用数据库营销的自动化处理

 Set up automatic database marketing

6. 与内部的团队沟通,协作,为他们提供技术支持

 Cooperate with internal teams and provide technical support

7. 定期监控数据库加载 并找出任何数据库加载运行失败的原因,进行修复

monitor database load regularly and find out the reasons for the failure of any database loading operation, and repair it. 

 

Requirements:

1 本科或以上学历

 Bachelor or above

 2 计算机相关专业

 Major is computer or related to computer 

 3 良好的英语交流,可以适应英文工作环境,包括口语和书面英语

 Good communication. Good oral and written English.

 4. 熟练使用SQL语言

  SQL language proficiency

 5.有helpdesk/Call centre经验的优先考虑

 Helpdesk/Call centre experience preferred

 6. 自学能力强,能够在很快的时间掌握系统操作

 Be good at learning and learn fast

7. 做事效率高,可以合理安排工作,控制好工作时间,能够及时回复客户的问题

 High working efficiency and reply to clients quickly
