Business Development Consultant

With huge growth plans in the APAC region, we are now actively looking for a Business Development Consultant with an entrepreneur mindset and take an active role in growing our sales pipeline and help our clients find a better solution. You will have experience in enterprise sales and development, a strong track record and a strategic solutions approach to sales with local market contacts. Experience with Marketing Solutions or CRMs will be highly desirable.  This role is a contractor position.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Drive sales growth and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Embrace your consultative and solution selling skills to convert those opportunities into new business
  • Devise and propose game-changing strategies for new and existing clients
  • Deliver effective proposals & compelling presentations
  • Manage the handover of new business accounts
  • Increase revenue streams with the company's existing clients

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business preferred
  • Minimum 6 or more years’ experience in high $$ value consultative sales
  • Demonstrated history in winning & developing high value new businesses
  • Ability to provide strategic direction to generate sustainable client growth
  • Knowledge & understanding of current & emerging database and digital marketing trends is highly desirable
