Email Channel Specialist

We’re looking for a highly analytical individual with strong problem-solving skills who is passionate about delivering the best in class marcoms for our clients and goes beyond “this is my job”. You’ll be highly organised and enjoy juggling multiple stakeholders and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee digital CRM and Marketing communications across the NZ Client Services team
  • Ensure a seamless email campaign process from design and development through to launch
  • Providing consultation and industry best practice advice to improve campaign performance, efficiency and the customer online journey
  • Effectively manage, coordinate and develop trusted key relationships with prominent internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide SME recommendations and support for the implementation and integration of new client email platforms as required
  • Develop reporting capability and interpret/analyse channel performance and email deliverability report for delivery/presentation to client
  • Work with the internal production and support teams in Sydney, Bangkok and Nanjing to deliver existing campaigns and to support the development of new campaigns (EDM) and landing pages

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Web Development or other relevant qualification
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in email/digital marketing, including hands on experience in email development, execution and coordination
  • Very proficient in HTML and CSS, with additional coding languages a plus
  • Previous experience building landing pages is desirable but not essential
  • Adaptable, willingness to take on responsibility and thrive in a challenging and high-pressure environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in time management and prioritising multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a digital or database agency will be highly advantageous
  • Experience with enterprise campaign management tools (IBM, Salesforce, Adobe, Marketo etc.) will be highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of SEO and popular CMS platforms is a bonus
