Senior Account Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Account Manager to join our Auckland office to drive client relationships and take an active part in transforming marketing across our industry. You'll be responsible for delivering customer success and satisfaction, marketing expertise and actively drive the growth of business relationships across New Zealand.


  • Lead and manage key relationships with prominent clients across different industries.
  • Deliver a range of innovative marketing software solutions to our clients.
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline with prospective clients.
  • Regular engagement with onsite presence at client premises.
  • Monitor and handle budgets, forecasting and effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  • Present on strategies and recommendations on the implementation of digital campaign platforms with our clients.
  • Conduct workshops on new and improved marketing software solutions with the client.
  • Collaborate and empower your team to drive and deliver to the client’s expectations.
  • Live and breathe our client’s product or service, market share, competition and consumers.
  • Be the essential link between the client and our internal teams.
  • Stay current on the latest industry technologies, trends and strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Commerce, Business or Marketing
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in senior client services management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex relationships and working with a range of senior stakeholders and delivering creative solutions
  • Knowledge and understanding of current and emerging digital marketing trends
  • Previous experience or knowledge working with CRMs or database platforms will be advantageous.
