Business Development Manager

The Opportunity

Interested in data and digital marketing?

We are looking for seasoned Business Development Manager with a burning desire to succeed, highly motivated and with hard work ethic to join an expanding digital marketing company in the BD/Sales division. With huge growth plans across APAC, we are looking for someone with experience in enterprise sales and development, a strong track record and a strategic solutions oriented approach to sales. Local market contacts preferred. Visas can be provided for the right candidates.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Business Development and growth
  • Actively identify new business opportunities
  • Demonstrate dedication to making calls / contacts as daily routine
  • Use your consultative and solution selling skills to convert those opportunities into new business
  • Devise and Propose game-changing strategies for our prospective to bring in revenue
  • Develop effective proposals & presentations that are delivered in a compelling style
  • Manage the handover of new business accounts to clients services relationship team
  • Increase revenue streams with the company's existing clients
  • Sales process and lead generation process and the reporting of the interaction and engagement


  • Degree in Marketing OR Business preferred
  • Essential minimum 6 or more years’ experience in high $$ value consultative sales. Marketing solutions and/or CRM or related field will be ideal.
  • A demonstrated history in winning & developing high value new business
  • Preferred -  Knowledge & understanding of current & emerging database and digital marketing trends
  • The ability to providing strategic direction that can generate sustainable client growth


Ideally you will have some experience in marketing, marketing technology or solutions sales and are keen to expand your experience and professional career with this growing and dynamic company.
