Account Coordinator

An opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive to join our Sydney office in the Client Services division. You’ll get to work with Australia’s most iconic and recognised brands alongside an experienced Account Manager in delivering customer success, engagement and drive the growth of business relationships across Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and coordinating key relationships with prominent clients
  • Regular engagement with onsite presence at client premises with the Account Manager.
  • Assist in the delivery of innovative marketing software solutions to our clients.
  • Coordinate communication and meetings between clients and the internal teams.
  • Manage day to day campaign plans with the internal teams including prioritisation and management of timelines, deliverables and general administration.
  • Assist with the coordination and recommendation on the implementation of digital campaign platforms and activities with our clients.
  • Support the Account Manager in running workshops on new and improved marketing software solutions with the client.
  • Be the essential link between the client and our internal teams.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Business/Commerce. Major in Marketing will be highly advantageous.
  • Minimum of at least 1 year experience in similar role
  • Experience in customer service with a sales target would be desirable
  • Ability to influence and liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Willingness to learn
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and prioritising multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current and emerging digital marketing trends.
  • Previous experience or knowledge working with CRMs or database platforms will be advantageous but not essential
